- Complete renovation of this 36 unit, historic multi-family development, acquired, restored and sold this one-of-a kind 1928 Tudor Revival building while obtaining TIF (Tax Increment Financing) through the City of Omaha and secured its position as a Registered Landmark on the National Historic Register

- Construction Manager for the renovation of two office buildings and interior courtyard improvements

• Tenant Improvements - Lincoln Financial and Liberty Mutual Suites, Phoenix Arizona

- General Contractor for 34,000 Sq. Ft. of class-A full floor tenant improvements for the Phoenix offices of Lincoln Financial and Liberty Mutual Insurance Companies currently under construction

  • Managed the construction of various TI projects including commercial office space and multifamily apartment buildings ranging in value from 300K to 2M.

  • Developed and implemented construction schedules from the pre-construction and design phase through construction.

  • Developed and maintained subcontractor relationships to solicit bids, define scopes of work, and review contracts.

  • Owner representative for various types of construction projects including ground up structures and existing structures. Projects include assisted living, multifamily with retail space, mixed use retail space, and office space. Projects ranging in value from 8M to 50M.

  • Reviewed construction progress and payment applications with general contractors to verify the schedule was met and project invoicing was appropriate.

  • Submitted Construction Progress Reports on behalf of the owner to verify funding for the pay applications each month.
