Before this space became the home of Consumer Cellular’s 166,000 sf call center, it was transformed from a 105,000 sf Sam’s Club in Phoenix, AZ. As the construction manager, RAA oversaw the tenant improvements which included the addition of a second story that can house up to 1,600 employees.
The increased space, building system upgrades and center circulation spine skylights, which provide daylight throughout, made the new space cost effective, safe and state-of-the-art while boosting building value to the owner by over 75%.
The space was designed with collaboration and innovation in mind, reflecting contemporary values of a flexible modern office environment and a combination of open, collaborative and focus work areas.
With functional and modern design, this corporate center is now in the running for the AZRE Red Awards.
